Last weekend, our company participated for the first time in the traditional 10km Tribuna Race in Santos/SP, one of the region's most iconic sporting events. This initiative was designed to encourage healthy habits and a balance between professional and personal life—core pillars of Amart's culture, which includes an internal program called A. Care. This program focuses on employee well-being through preventive actions, emotional support, and the promotion of healthy habits, fostering quality of life both inside and outside the workplace.
To support this, we set up a special tent on the beach, located between the A.D. Moreira gallery and Praça das Bandeiras—right behind the Santos Brasil structure. The space provided support and comfort to the athletes, offering massages, fruits, water, and isotonic drinks.
Beyond physical care, we encouraged cheering and celebration among colleagues and family members, creating an atmosphere of positive energy, unity, and motivation for practicing sports.
